I believe in the power of story. Ever since I was a little girl, I knew the power of getting swept away by a story, and as an adult I have been further convicted about how truly transformational stories can be. I think our story is what makes us who we are.

My History
Studying psychology at the undergraduate and graduate school levels, while spending the last 8 years working in higher education, I’ve had the unique opportunity to unlock my passions surrounding mentorship, team management, leadership development, and education beyond the classroom. Over the last few years getting to teach university student leaders, speak in churches, to private companies, and even on the TEDx stage, I’m getting the chance to branch out and pursue my passions of both writing and speaking!
My Philosophy
I believe in the power of self-awareness, life-long learning, using our voice to advocate for others, pursuing our passions & living out of our strengths, and owning our stories. If we want to live a life of growth, of love, of meaning, it will require risk and vulnerability; those are always the type of risks worth taking. For those I’m honored to do life with or work alongside, my heart is to communicate through my words and actions that I am always in your corner.
